Small Groups
Pilates
Pilates group training is a fun and intensive workout for the whole body. We exercise on the mat and use small Pilates equipment such as spine correctors and magic circles. Beginners will first become familiar with the Pilates technique and its specific language. Then we proceed by learning the basic exercises, where we mainly focus on improving core stability and spine mobility. Thanks to the small size of the group, with no more than six people, I can give each participant my attention for individual cueing and correction. Progression is the name of the game—it’s about becoming stronger and more advanced.
Barre Workouts
We practice Barre workouts in a group of six people. No special ballet skills are needed. The group dynamic is positive, and we have fun while sweating at the barre in the cozy atmosphere of the studio.
Boutique Circuit Training
Boutique Circuit Training is conducted in a small group of no more than four participants and takes place exclusively on the large Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel. This dynamic circuit-style workout combines strength, endurance, and core training in a unique and effective way.
At different stations, we use the versatile functions of the Pilates machines to target all muscle groups, improve flexibility, and challenge the body in a balanced and holistic manner.
This training is perfect for anyone looking for an efficient workout while experiencing the benefits of high-quality Pilates equipment. The small group size allows for personalized attention and tailored exercise adjustments, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced participants who want to achieve their fitness goals in a motivating environment.
