The Alpine Retreat.
With Swiss calm.

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Alpine Retreat in the swiss alps is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

(1) Move

Morning Yoga sessions in a light-filled studio. Small group, precise instruction, calibrated to the altitude. We work with the body, not against it.

Afternoon Pilates in the forest room. Strong, long and lean.

(2) Breathe

Guided breathwork to recalibrate the nervous system. The thin air is part of the practice.

(3) Rest

Between sessions, the spa, the pool, the forest paths. No itinerary. No group activity. Just permission to be still.

(4) Nature Immersion

Forestbathing and meditation next to Lake Cauma, which is known for its healing properties and its emerald blue water.

Ready to Unwind?

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
