PILATES AND BARRE TRAINING
All classes can be booked and paid online by credit card or via bank transfer. The price is per person.
In order to give you an individual training experience, there are no more than four participants per group. For group training, choose between a package of eight sessions or four. All packages are valid for six months.
One training session equals 55 minutes, starting on time.
EAT HEALTHY WORKSHOPS
My workshops can be booked online. I focus on teaching plantbased gut-friendly recipes that are easy to incorporate in a busy schedule. If you like to book a private coaching, contact me for an individual appointment.
PILATES RETREATS
it is important to take a time-out once in a while. With this in mind, I organize Pilates retreats in the rolling hills of Tuscany. The price is depending on the venue and is announced separately on the homepage.
