WHAT IS XCHANGE?
Corporate Xchange is based on the Xchange Method developed by Jon Berghoff. Xchange is not a traditional coaching or training format, but a structured approach to conscious dialogue, deep listening and genuine human connection.
Lasting change happens when people are actively involved. Xchange follows this principle: instead of delivering solutions from the outside, leaders and teams are invited into the process. This builds ownership, improves decision quality and leads to results that are supported and implemented.
At the core are facilitated conversation spaces where leaders and teams step out of the operational day-to-day, broaden perspectives and develop clarity together.
